In 1982, Peter Burton opened his first yard at Stepney Lane, Hull. Having worked for Roofing Manufacturers since the tender age of 18, Peter already had a wealth of experience behind him. Little did he know that over the next 30 years it would stock over 30,000 product lines and distribute nationwide.
The family business progressed at a rapid rate. With a busy team of approximately 130 staff behind him, Peter's venture today boasts 10 depots with a £50million turnover.
